Homeowners leaving South Carolina's 'wind pool" insurance program (Post and Courier Article)

In this past Sunday’s Post and Courier, writer, Tyrone Richardson discusses the State’s Wind and Hail Insurance Program as a “last resort” option for homeowners.  Our insurance advisor, Andrew Muller, was cited in the article saying “Insurance carriers are now more advanced at how they reinsure themselves and they find opportunities to come in as a carrier and offer the coverage at affordable rates because the (state) wind association’s rates are fairly high and tend to go up and they want to drive people outside that”.  Click here to read the article in it’s entirety.  http://goo.gl/qZEfeF
