As many people have probably heard, there are more flood insurance law changes that are set to begin April 1, 2015. While these changes are not as severe as the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act, they are going to impact ALL flood insurance policyholders one way or another. Policyholders that are going to be hit the hardest will be those that own older properties and have a “subsidized” or “pre-firm” policy and are non-primary or rental properties. About Andrew Muller
First and foremost, I am a father to my daughter Poppy. I love her so much!
I also love helping people understand their insurance (yes, I truly do), reading educational and self-growth books, eating great food, and working out in the gym, at the beach, or anywhere outside! I am a die-hard Louisville Cardinal fan but also like the South Carolina Gamecocks and Clemson Tigers (yes, I like both teams)!
Born in Charlotte, NC. Raised in Louisville, KY. College in Charleston, SC. Reside in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
I hold many insurance designations and I am very involved within the industry, sitting on our state's insurance association board. I am very involved on a federal level with flood insurance reform.
